Johannesburg - A hacker has contacted The Star threatening to reveal the identities and pictures of everyone on blesserfind.com if the website isn't taken down by Wednesday.

In an anonymous message sent on Friday, the man explained his #Hack4Morals crusade and how he hacked the site.

“(I) am not a writer nor a bad person, I am just documenting my findings as I look through this new site that sells our sisters off to our rich dads/brothers. The only reason I’m doing this is for my black sisters and brothers, who have young sisters. For God’s sake, I have three sisters.”

The hacker then threatened to create a Facebook page where he'll upload 22 482 images of the site's users which he identified as 90 percent women and 10 percent men.

“Don't mean to cause a national panic but I have a record of all the above mentioned. Should we expose these married men (clients/fathers/brothers) and their so-called prostitutes (sisters/mothers)?” he asked.

The hacker said he went to the University of Johannesburg, and is on Twitter using the handle @journo_juice, which he created on the day he sent the message. He added that he was willing to expose the details of almost 8 000 users unless his demands were met.

“The founders have exactly five days from now to take down the site or else they will be held accountable for all the break-ups and divorces that will occur if we go public with the information. If they do, I will let bygones be bygones and the info will be deleted.”

The Star was unable to contact blesserfind.com for comment.

According to cybercrime.org.za, hacking is illegal.
