Cape Town - A man was on Monday morning injured while working on a conveyor belt in a factory in Cape Town, paramedics said.

“A 22-year-old-man was injured this morning when his arm got caught in a conveyor belt at a factory in Montague Gardens,” said ER24 paramedics have said.

When paramedics arrived, the injured man was waiting at his work’s canteen with his colleagues who helped to support his arm.

“Paramedics assessed the patient and found that he had sustained a fracture and soft tissue injuries to his arm.”

The man was transported to Mediclinic Milnerton for further treatment.
