Laying the blame on the catapiller driver does NOT distract from the fact that the lorry was carrying a human cargo of some 56 persons, NONE apart from the driver sitting on a seat with a seatbelt. Until people learn that God will NOT protect you if you dont take reasonable steps to protect yourself then this type of incident (not accident) will continue unabated. 'One man-one vote' should now be 'one person, one seat, one seatbelt'. The cat should not have been there but how can that absolve the lorry driver, who obviously wasn't paying attension as he crashed into a stationary truck first before hitting the cat. Either he was negligent or his vehicle unroadworthy.
