Two killed in W Cape tree crash

Johannesburg -

Two men were killed and nine others were injured when the station wagon they were travelling in crashed into a tree on the M3 in Claremont, Western Cape, on Sunday evening, paramedics said.

ER24 spokeswoman Luyanda Majija said that 11 people were in the vehicle when it crashed.

Two men died before paramedics arrived. One person was critically injured and eight others had injuries ranging from serious to moderate.
