Matthew and Tracey own a company called Spectrum Detailing. “What we do is, we make the paints on vehicles shine, and we restore that lustre to neglected paint-work. It is a completely different feel to removing dents and it’s all about the cosmetics of the vehicle,” said Matthew. Tracey spoke about the difficulty of being a woman in her line of business. “Being a woman in this industry is very difficult because most men are shocked…by a woman working on a vehicle. It’s about getting your hands dirty, it’s hard work, but if you really put the time and dedication into it, anything is possible.”
