There was still no word on Tuesday on the outcome of suspended ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema's appeal hearing, which was concluded a week ago.
“We will do a press conference once it is finalised,” African National Congress spokesman Keith Khoza said.
He could not give a date for the briefing. Dali Mpofu, Malema's lawyer, said if there was an outcome the media would be told about it.
“It will be announced in due course.”
He said he was not in a position to comment on questions related to the hearing, or Malema's expectations regarding the outcome.
Malema and five other senior ANCYL leaders were suspended in November last year after being found guilty of sowing division within the ANC and bringing the party into disrepute.
