The league's "amended" constitution only saw the light of day after Malema's disciplinary hearing, was denied by attendees at the June conference, and was "passed" without a vote (which they admit) even though their constitution requires that amendments be voted on. The "amendment" is invalid anyway. And they are going to continue to push policies which have been rejected by the ANC. It is high time the ANCYL leaders formed their own party.
