President Jacob Zuma was in a jubilant mood at the ANC’s Siyanqoba rally in Nelson Mandela Bay.
The African National Congress president braved cold, wet weather to deliver the keynote address and lead the crowd in song.
The rally is the ANC’s last big push in the province before the local government elections on August 3.
Both the ANC and the oppoisition DA have expressed confidence in winning the metro.
