A drug dealer was arrested after his five-year-old stepson took 50 packets of heroin into school.

The boy had been asked to bring something into class for a “show and tell” lesson about his parent’s job.

The kindergarten pupil turned up at the school in Bridgeport, Connecticut, with his stepfather’s jacket containing 10 small plastic bags, each containing five folds of heroin.

When it came time for his presentation, he proudly showed off the drugs to his confused classmates before his teacher quickly grabbed them off him and the police were called.

Later, his stepfather rushed to the school to retrieve the heroin only to find officers waiting for him.

Santos Roman, 35, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, drug possession and sale of narcotics within 1 500ft of a school. - Daily Mail
