Beijing -
State media say a bus crash in central China left the vehicle in a roadside pond and killed 11 people.
The official Xinhua News Agency says another 23 people are in stable condition in a hospital. It says the crash happened Sunday in Minquan county in Henan province. The cause of the crash is being investigated.
Serious road accidents are common in China where vehicles are not properly maintained and laws are often ignored. - Sapa-AP
