Kassel - Authorities in Germany on Wednesday stated that they had arrested a man who claimed he killed his male lover and ate him - with his victim's permission.
The 41-year-old suspect admitted having videotaped himself murdering the man, cutting him up and later partially eating his flesh.
He claimed his 42-year-old victim had given him permission to do so, police said.
The macabre tale began with a gay sex advertisement. The two men shared a morbid passion for mutilation and cannibalism, investigators said.
With the victim's permission, the man first castrated his victim. Then he stabbed the man to death and dismembered the body. He buried the portions he did not eat. - Sapa-DP
