I want to complain about this content:

PhD's can be likened to ownership of cars, only the priviledged few had ownership, a few decades on almost everyone can own a car economy depending. In Europe it is not uncommon for people in their 20's to have a phd, so in the near future.... employers would be spoilt for choice. In the 70's if you had a college certificate you had made it.
