Bangkok - Police say that 10 workers have been killed in a six-storey building under construction that collapsed on the outskirts of Thailand's capital, while at least four more trapped under the rubble are feared dead, three days after the accident.

Police Major General Smithi Mookdasanit said on Thursday that rescue teams found more bodies under the building near a local vocational college in Pathum Thani province after the collapse on Monday.

He said one of the dead workers was Cambodian.

Smithi said there were about 30 to 40 workers in the area at the time of the accident and authorities fear at least four workers who are trapped under the ruins are dead.

He said police have arrested four people, including the site's engineer, who will face criminal charges. - Sapa-AP
