Violence against women rises in Afghan

Violence against women is on the rise in Afghanistan. The country's independent Human Rights Commission said there has been a 22 percent rise recently.

Despite a 2009 law to protect women, violence remains a problem in the country.

One mother is determined to find justice for her murdered daughter.

Al Jazeera's Jennifer Glasse reports from Kabul.
