A man and his girlfriend, both 23, are behind bars facing drug-dealing charges following their arrest last week in Oostersee, Parow.
Police nabbed the couple in a sting operation at a Drommedaris Street house on Thursday June 15.
An undercover agent “bought” drugs from the pair, after which police swooped on the premises, police said.
Officers seized dagga, ecstasy, methadone, and psychedelic mushrooms.
“The R40 000 used during the sting operation was recovered
and additional cash and documents found on the premises were also seized,” the police statement said.
