Goodwood resident, Annette Cloete, middle, received a wheelchair from Ward 27 councillor Cecile Janse van Rensburg on Thursday May 18. This is part of a wheelchair donation from the Amitofo Care Centre (ACC), a charity in Taiwan. Ms Janse van Rensburg said she hoped mobility would help Ms Cloete to do things she enjoyed, while sub-council chairman Chris Jordaan warned Ms Cloete to stick to the speed limit.
