Goodwood Harriers Running Club’s Mureedah Petersen, Ashlene Adams and Waseema Zeeman after completing Sunday’s 21km Landmarks Marathon, in Rondebosch. Established in 2015, the club is affiliated to Western Province Athletics (WPA) and Athletics South Africa (ASA) and is based at Goodwood Sports Club on the corner of Alice and Milton roads. Anyone interested in running, is invited to attend club time trials on Tuesdays at 6pm as well as strength and speed training sessions on Thursdays.
