Pretoria - Children at Child Welfare Tshwane in Mamelodi were jubilant this morning when the Water Research Commission (WRC) team joined them to commemorate Mandela Day.

Smiles and laughter were the order of the day as children got down and dirty learning about different creatures found in streams and rivers. They identified tadpoles, mosquitoes and leeches.
