what is the position when a business meeting in another city is effected by an over-booking. an alternative later flight will not suffice and the consumer refuses the later flight on the grounds of too late to attend business meeting? further, as an hourly paid consultant you have direct costs associated with being 'bumped off' the flight - travel to and from airport, parking costs, hourly cost of professional time lost - what now? SA Express refused to pay these costs in these circumstances, i'm considering suing!
