Figaro the cockatoo is no bird brain

London - In the animal kingdom the ability to make and use tools is possessed only by humans, a few ingenious chimps… and Figaro the cockatoo.

Scientists have been left amazed at how Figaro has fashioned wooden “rakes” to reach pieces of food left just by his cage. Figaro bites a wooden splinter off a beam in his aviary and then uses it to get the cashew nut.
