London - England captain Alastair Cook won the toss and elected to field against Sri Lanka in the fourth one-day international at Lord's on Saturday.

Although conditions initially appeared ideal for batting, with sunny blue skies above Lord's, this series has been littered with collapses.

And given England had skittled Sri Lanka out for just 67 en route to a crushing 10-wicket win at Old Trafford on Wednesday that gave them a 2-1 lead in this five-match series, Cook's decision was perhaps not that surprising.

England were unchanged from the side that played in Manchester, where paceman Chris Jordan took a career-best five for 29.

But Sri Lanka made two changes, bringing in Kusal Perera for fellow batsman Dinesh Chandimal and spinner Ajantha Mendis for left-arm slow bowler Rangana Herath.
