London – England announced an unchanged 13-man squad for the second Test against the West Indies at Trent Bridge starting Friday after a five-wicket win in the series opener at Lord's on Monday.

Fast-medium bowlers Graham Onions and Steven Finn were retained in addition to the XI who played at Lord's to give the world's number one-ranked Test side a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.

“There were some very impressive performances across all five days of the first Test both from individuals and the team as a whole and we were made to work hard for the first victory of the summer,” said England national selector Geoff Miller.

“We know the West Indies will again prove challenging opposition and our squad will be looking forward to preparing for another tough match later this week,” the former England off-spinner added.
