Islamabad - Former Test captain Shoaib Malik will lead Pakistan in next month's Hong Kong Super Sixes Tournament.
The Pakistan Cricket Board said in a statement on Monday that Imran Nazir, Ahmed Shahzad, Shabbir Ahmed, Shoaib Khan, Sohail Khan and Asad Ali will also be part of the squad.
Malik was overlooked for the series against South Africa, starting in the United Arab Emirates later this month, that features two Twenty20 internationals, five ODIs and two test matches.
The tournament in Hong Kong starts at Kowloon Cricket Club from November 6.
Australia, Hong Kong, England, India, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka are the other teams competing in the tournament. - Sapa-AP
