Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town have completed the signing of the much-travelled forward Mark Mayambela, the club has announced. The 28-year-old, formerly of Bloemfontein Celtic, Orlando Pirates, Chippa United and Mpumalanga Black Aces, last played for SuperSport United domestically.
He also spent a year at Djurgardens IF in Sweden. “Ajax Cape Town are ecstatic to announce the signing of Mark Mayambela,” a statement from the Urban Warriors read. “He spent time training with Roger De Sa and his PSL squad in recent weeks and have engaged in the team's training matches as well, where he stood out remarkably, showing copious amounts of experience.”
