PRETORIA – The Absa Premiership match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Chippa United at Loftus was abandoned on Tuesday night.
With the score goalless after 41 minutes, the floodlights went out because of a power failure.
The power failure affected Loftus and the surrounding areas.
The information relayed to officials was that it would take more than two hours to fix the problem.
As a result, the match was called off and will be replayed at a later date.
