Johannesburg - Premiership outfit SuperSport United have signed Zimbabwe's African Nations Championship (Chan) goalkeeper George Chigova, the club announced on Monday.

The 22-year-old, who played for Harare side Dynamos, had a solid Chan tournament, conceding just two goals during six games.

Zimbabwe finished fourth in the tournament hosted in South Africa.

Chigova signed a three-year deal and will join Matsatsantsa in June, at the end of the current season.

The shot-stopper becomes the fourth goalkeeper to join the Pretoria club, with Ronwen Williams, Rowen Fernandez and Boalefa Pule already with the team.
