DURBAN attorney Kooba-shan Naicker appeared briefly in the Durban Magistrate’s Court earlier this week for allegedly breaching his bail conditions
Naicker, who is still out on bail, was arrested after a witness allegedly saw him transport children to and from a creche in Pinetown on Friday.
He faces three counts of murder relating to the deaths of Carmen Hunter, Gillian Bell and her eight-year-old son Connor.
The multiple car pile up happened on the Athlone Bridge in Durban, in March last year.
In April last year, he was granted bail of R10 000 bail on condition that he surrendered his driver's licence and did not drive a vehicle.
The matter was adjourned to April 11.
