Visitors are dwarfed by the Stonehenge monument.

Alex Reid has paid a visit to Stonehenge to “find peace” after being served divorce papers by estranged wife Katie Price.

The 35-year-old cage fighter – who was publicly dumped by the former glamour model last month – reportedly went to the prehistoric monument in Wiltshire, South West England, with a group of pals donning druid-style hoods in a bid to “draw energy” from the earth.

After being handed divorce papers on his first wedding anniversary – which include a gagging clause - lawyers have advised Alex he is entitled to just 10 per cent of the £500,000 worth of joint earnings the couple accumulated while together, while his legal team believe the figure should be closer to £250,000.

Alex’s friend told The Sun newspaper: “He went to the stones to find peace and draw energy from the earth. Alex was down in the dumps but feels much stronger now and will not be gagged by Katie. His solicitor has pointed out he is the victim in all of this.

“He hasn't been falling out of nightclubs and draping himself over women. He deserves a big slice of the pie.”

Alex also believes he deserves sole ownership of the former couple's £3 million marital home in Surrey, South East England.

The pal added: “He's put money into it over the past year and has got the gym and games room exactly as he wants them. He feels like it's rightfully his.”

Alex has also hinted he thinks 32-year-old Katie – who has three children, Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii, from previous relationships – is ambushing his twitter account, as it was “mysteriously taken offline”.
