London - Amanda Bynes' parents have obtained another conservatorship.

The troubled 'Easy' A actress' affairs will again be looked after by her mother and father Lynn and Rick Bynes after they went to court and told the judge their daughter has been spending "alarming amounts" of money on gifts of jewellery for strangers.

The worried couple detailed how Amanda has been blowing her savings, explaining her net worth is currently $5,747,703.36, of which $2.8 million is in property. They also said her only income is from rental property, and she made $144,768 last year.

In their legal documents, which have been obtained by TMZ, Amanda's parents say she is a "substantial risk" to herself and others, explaining her recent erratic behaviour, including shoplifting and an arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) last month.

News of the conservatorship come after doctors treating the 'She's the Man' star, who was committed to a psychiatric treatment facility in Pasadena, California 17 days ago, secretly convinced a judge on Monday (27.10.14) to extend her involuntary hold for another 30 days because the 28-year-old actress is still "very ill" and unable to take care of herself.

Amanda spent five months in a treatment facility in July 2013 when she was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold.

She was released in December and appeared to be getting her life back on track until a conservatorship giving her mother control of her affairs came to an end last month. - BANG Showbiz
