Ashlee Simpson has given birth to a baby girl.
The 30-year-old singer and her 26-year-old actor husband Evan Ross welcomed the tot in Los Angeles on Thursday (30.07.15), E! News reports. No other details have been revealed.
Meanwhile, Evan recently revealed he couldn't wait to meet his daughter.
This is the first child for Evan but the second for Ashlee, who already has six-year-old son Bronx with ex-husband Pete Wentz, and the actor took to Instagram to share his excitement.
He posted a number of pictures from the couple's wedding day and rehearsal dinner last August, with the caption: “#reflections of such a beautiful wedding. Me and my amazing wife @ashleesimpsonross. At my mothers house in Greenwich Connecticut! And now I can't wait to meet my little baby girl. (sic)
“Look how beautiful our reception was!!! Just looking back through photos. Such a special day.”
Alongside an image of them kissing, he also wrote: “Love those lips!!!#weddingmemories”
The duo had already picked a name for their baby girl, but were keeping it a secret until after the birth.
Evan recently said: “It's unique. You guys will figure out the story behind it once we tell the name.”
