Hayden Panettiere says becoming a mother has been like an “out-of-body experience”.
The star gave birth to daughter Kaya, her first child with fiancé, boxer Wladimir Klitschko, in December and has since re-prioritised her life.
Musing on motherhood, she told Good Morning America: “As long as your kids are happy and healthy and all good – it’s fabulous. You just re-prioritise. You hear that they’re healthy and you just don’t care about yourself anymore. It’s the most out-of-body experience, where you go, ‘I will completely lay myself on the line for my child. Without hesitation.’”
