Nick Gordon visited Bobbi Kristina Brown's grave last week.

The late 22-year-old star's boyfriend, who was banned from attending her funeral by her father Bobby Brown, reportedly secretly made a trip to her final resting place at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey to say goodbye to her.

A source told PEOPLE.com that Nick, who also recently paid his respects to Bobbi Kristina at a beach because it was “their favourite place to go” together, was flown to the area from Atlanta “by some generous friends.”

The aspiring actress died in hospice care on July 26, almost six months after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at the couple's home and was buried beside her late mother, Whitney Houston, earlier this month following her funeral.

Bobbi Kristina's court-appointed conservator filed a lawsuit against Nick in June, accusing him of domestic violence and of stealing money from her while she was in hospital, but following her death it was amended to accuse him of “wrongful death.”

Gordon's mother, Michelle, previously issued a statement on his behalf, saying that he was devastated by his girlfriend's passing.

She said: “Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they've been apart.”
