Bieber’s new squeeze

IOL Barbara Barbara Palvin

Justin Bieber was seen getting close to model Barbara Palvin at the Cannes film festival.

The 'Confident' singer partied on designer Roberto Cavalli's yacht yesterday evening, where he was joined by Kellan Lutz, John Travolta and Heidi Klum, although he made a bee line for the beauty, whom he had previously been romantically linked to.

A source told E! news the star "went straight over" to Barbara and "started chatting and flirting".

They added: "They were clearly really happy to see each other and were smiling, laughing and touching each other's' hair and face.

"She said, 'It's so great to see you,' and had her hand on his back long after they'd hugged each other hello, and he was beaming."

The bad-boy singer also attended the Cinema Against AIDS charity auction at the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc earlier in the evening, where he told reporters "I'm just here to swag" when asked about the event.

Earlier in the week at the film festival, held in the south of France, Justin was spotted partying with Paris Hilton, who left the Gotha nightclub with him and his entourage, but didn't hang out at his rented private villa for long.

A source said: "Paris ended up leaving the party after half an hour when Justin was just playing his own songs. She said the party was really lame."
