Bruce Jenner will model for Vanity Fair as a woman.

The former athlete is currently transitioning to a female and is set to undertake a photoshoot with world famous photographer Annie Leibovitz this summer to show off his new image.

The news - confirmed by gossip website TMZ - comes after it was revealed the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star has undergone surgery to make his face more feminine.

According to Radar Online, the 65-year-old star has had surgery "to give Bruce's jawline and chin a softer look".

Although the father-of-six - who was previously married to Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner - only confirmed his plans to undergo gender reassignment surgery last month when he recorded a special interview with Diane Sawyer, he has reportedly already had a lot of work done and is hoping to be living as a woman within months, with the process being documented in his own reality show.

The source added: "Bruce had put the time aside and wanted to get as much done as possible.

"His physical transformation into becoming a woman is now almost complete...

"Bruce wants to be living his life as a woman physically and emotionally by the time the docuseries finishes airing this summer."
