Caitlyn Jenner tried to perfect her “best feminine voice” by calling room service.

The 65-year-old former Olympian - who was known as Bruce Jenner before undergoing a gender transition - has revealed she tried to hone her voice whilst ordering food to her room.

In a new clip from 'I Am Cait', when she was asked by stepdaughter Kim Kardashian West and family friend Malika Haqq to try her voice, the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star laughed and told her: “You sound no different!”

To which she joked back, “See, that's the problem.”

In the episode, Caitlyn also admitted it is “important” for her to have a feminine voice because it makes her feel more confident.

She added: “Women cannot relate to the whole voice thing.

“They don't see it as being that important when it is that important, not only for you just to speak and order and do all that kind of stuff but very important for your soul that you're feeling good about that.”

Meanwhile, Caitlyn previously admitted she was “bothered” by the pitch of her voice.

Speaking before she picked up the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs, she said: “I hope that people don't listen to the pitch of my voice but listen to what I have to say. That's important to me.”
