Taylor Swift had dinner with Kanye West on Tuesday.
Taylor, who was a no-show at the rapper’s fashion show last week, was spotted enjoying a meal with him in New York City, proving they have repaired their friendship after Kanye famously humiliated her at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in 2009.
A source told Hellomagazine.com that the duo dined during what is said to have been a business meeting.
Kanye recently confirmed he had ironed out his issues with Taylor, whom he was seen chatting with at the Grammy Awards earlier this month, and said they are planning to record a duet together.
He said: “She wants to get in the studio and we’re definitely going to go in.”
But just days later he admitted he was surprised when she failed to make an appearance at the launch of his new Adidas collaboration at New York Fashion Week.
Asked if he would like to see her wearing some of his new designs, he said: “Yeah, I think she was supposed to be here today, so I don’t know what happened. I’d like to see everyone wearing everything.”
But a source insisted: “Taylor wanted to attend but had a photo shoot that day.” – Bang Showbiz
