London - Marion Cotillard has been named the Harvard University Hasty Pudding Theatricals Woman of the Year for 2013.
The Academy Award-winning actress will be honoured with a parade and roast, and be presented with a ceremonial pudding pot, at the prestigious US institution on January 31.
Marion is following in the footsteps of the likes of Homeland star Claire Danes - who took home the accolade last year - 2010 winner Anne Hathaway and 2001 recipient Drew Barrymore in being recognised by the organisation.
The Hasty Pudding Theatricals group will announce their Man of the Year on 8 February, and honour him at a later date.
Hasty Pudding Theatricals is America’s oldest undergraduate drama troupe, and annually honour performers who they believe have made a “lasting and impressive” contribution to entertainment.
The 37-year-old French beauty - who has 19-month-old son Marcel with partner Guillaume Canet - won a Best Actress Oscar in 2007 for her role in La Vie En Rose and has recently appeared in films including The Dark Knight Rises, Contagion and Inception. - Bang Showbiz
