London - Jeremy Renner is selling one of his mansions for $24.95-million.
The 42-year-old Hurt Locker star - whose 22-year-old ex-girlfriend Sonni Pacheco is expecting their first child - has completely remodelled a 10 000-square-foot estate in the affluent Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles and is hoping to make a huge profit.
According to Business Insider, the actor bought the property, which sits on almost two acres of land, in 2010 for $7-million and after carrying out extensive work on it, he has now put it back on the market with his business partner Kristoffer Winters.
The pair are said to have bought, remodelled and sold 15 properties in the past decade.
The landscaped estate is said to contain six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a restaurant-size kitchen, a home cinema, gym, pool, spa and office.
Despite having an impressive property portfolio, Jeremy recently moved his pregnant ex-girlfriend into his own home.
A source previously revealed that the Avengers star - who was overheard telling Eva Longoria that he was going to be a dad for the first time as they chatted at the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles earlier this month - is “delighted” to be having a baby despite not being in a relationship with the Canadian model any more.
The insider said: “Jeremy is delighted he is becoming a dad.
“He realises it's unconventional to have his baby mama, an ex-girlfriend, living with him and his roommate, but he just doesn't care.” - Bang Showbiz
