Hugh Hefner’s son Marston was arrested in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
The 21-year-old son of the Playboy boss allegedly assaulted Playmate Claire Sinclair, and police were called to the couple’s home in Pasadena after receiving a domestic violence call from her.
Marston was taken into custody for allegedly causing minor injuries to Sinclair, according to E! News.
He was charged with battery on a spouse - although they are not married, state law believes co-habitants to be considered spouses - and released on $20 000 bail.
A court date has not yet been set.
Marston has previously confessed that growing up as the son of Hugh - who is known for his string of beautiful girlfriends - did have its problems.
He said: “Well, as a 15-year-old kid, seeing naked people occasionally, that's - it’s just the lifestyle of growing up as Hugh Hefner's son, in his shadow. It's not a boo-hoo sob story. But it's not the same as every other kid.”
Hefner’s other son Cooper, 20, has also previously admitted it is strange when his octogenarian father has girlfriends who are younger than him.
He said: “The Playboy Mansion is home. I've never known anything else, so to me it's normal - as ridiculous as that sounds.
“Although it is a little weird now that some of dad's girlfriends are actually younger than me.” - Bang Showbiz
