London - Ke$ha has changed her name following her recent stint in rehab.

The 'Timber' hitmaker finished her treatment for an eating disorder at the Timberline Knolls centre earlier this week, and has now decided to drop the dollar sign from her Twitter handle.

The 27-year-old singer, who took an extended absence from the social networking site while she sought treatment, posted a picture on Saturday of her playing in the sand, wearing a jumper with the caption, 'I'm A Survivor' emblazoned on it.

The 'Tik Tok' hitmaker spent two months at the facility near Chicago after admitting she was suffering with bulimia and anorexia, but she claimed on Thursday (06.03.14) she was feeling “healthy” again.

She tweeted: “Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music, I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me. (sic)”

She later added: “Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all. (sic)”.

However, the purple-haired beauty recently postponed her upcoming 'Warrior' world tour, which would see her perform in Hammond, Indiana, on March 15 and Green Bay, Wisconsin, on April 13, following doctor's orders to overcome her issues before focusing on her career again. - Bang ShowBiz
