Jennifer Lawrence has splashed out $7 million (R76m) on a house with a gym and a gourmet kitchen.
Her new plush pad also has a sizeable swimming pool and a “quaint stone courtyard” that leads to a pond full of koi.
This comes after her new boyfriend Chris Martin spent nearly $7m on a new home in California opposite his ex Gwyneth Paltrow.
Paltrow’s mother, Blythe Danner, is said to have helped Martin move into his plush pad.
