Khloe Kardashian-Odom has come out swinging after a transgendered woman sued the reality TV star for assault.
True to form, Kardashian-Odom fiercelystood her ground in response to the claims, saying she acted in self defence, according to TMZ.com.
The incident took place in 2009 on a night out with her hubby, basketball star Lamar Odom.
According to TMZ, Khloe filed the response in LA County Superior Court, claiming Chantal Spears provoked her wrath and that physical retaliation “was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.”
In December of 2011 Spears alleged that Khloe attacked her outside a Hollywood nightclub in 2009 for telling Odom he was “too young to be married.” - IOL
