TO NDR Shruti Haasan and Dhanush

STER-KINEKOR is proud to announce the exclusive release of Aishwarya Dhanush’s directorial debut, 3.

Critics and audiences are eagerly anticipating the film by Dhanush, daughter of Tamil superstar Rajinikanth.

As SA’s biggest exhibitor of movies catering for all tastes, Ster-Kinekor brings this Tamil celebration of South Indian cinema to local audiences from April 27, exclusively at Ster-Kinekor Gateway, Durban.

A romantic thriller, 3 is bound to keep audiences on the edge of their seats, as relationships are tested and trust and hearts broken.

The film stars Aishwarya Dhanush’s husband, Dhanush, in the role of Ram, and he also performs the hit single, Why This Kolaveri Di.

Opposite Dhanush, Shruti Haasan stars as Janani, his love interest. The movie chronicles the three stages of love – the school-going stage, their college days and the present.

Ram, a wealthy, carefree boy, meets Janani and, as the story progresses, they fall in love.

3 jumps from the past to the present through flashbacks and memories, a lot like how we experience memories fondly think back to our first love. If you’re a true romantic and love the excitement life throws at you at every turn, 3 is definitely the movie for you!

The movie has a rating of PG13. Bookings for this highly-anticipated gem open on Tuesday.
