Katrina Kaif is reportedly insecure about fellow Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone.
Apparently, when producer Manmohan Shetty’s daughter Aarti threw a birthday party for Ranbir Kapoor, Kaif did not want Kapoor’s ex, Deepika, to attend the birthday bash.
But according to a source there is nothing going on between the former lovers: “They are co-stars in Yeh Jaawani Hai Deewani and share a cordial equation. It is clear that Ranbir has moved on in life. However, Kaif allegedly didn’t fancy having Padukone at Kapoor’s party because she is still threatened by her (Padukone’s) presence.”
The source continued: “Just imagine how odd it would have looked if Katrina and Anushka were at the party. And Deepika, who was shooting with Ranbir all through the day, wasn’t included. “In fact, Deepika and Ranbir maintain that they are friends and Deepika not being at the party would definitely send out the wrong signals.” – Oneindia.in
