Tamil cinema has gained diverse viewers over the years and curvaceous actresses are being welcomed by many. Oneindia.in’s Avinash Gopinath lists the Top 10 queens of Kollywood
1. Amy Jackson: Without a doubt, English model Jackson tops the list. She has a great body and this comes as no surpriseas she is one of the favoured models for international magazines. She is currently shooting for the upcoming Dhanush-starrer and will also be seen in Vijay 59.
2. Ileana D’Cruz: Although she has acted in only two Tamil movies to date, namely Kedi and Nanban, the hot and very talented actress still has a long way to go in her career yet and is bound to do many more films in Tamil. After her success in the movie Barfi, she was seen in a couple of other Hindi movies last year.
3. Tamannah: She is currently shooting for Arya’s Vasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga and an untitled Vamsi Paidipally film.
4. Shruti Haasan can sometimes be too hot to handle. Like Jackson, she is also a photographer’s dream and has appeared in many local and international magazines. She is currently shooting for a Telugu and a few Hindi films. In Tamil, she is working with Ajith on Thala 56.
5. Amyra Dastur: Everyone knew that the Anegan actress has a curvy figure, but she also proved that she can perform through her first Tamil movie. She is currently shooting for a Hindi movie, but this woman sure has the potential to rule Kollywood one day.
6. Shriya Saran: When Saran acted in Rajinikanth’s Sivaji, everyone thought she could be the next queen of Tamil cinema. But, unfortunately, she slowly faded away from Kollywood. Nevertheless, she has a great body and is currently awaiting the release of Drishyam (Hindi).
7. Priya Anand: She is shooting for untitled Anand Shankar project and Kootathil.
8. Trisha: Trisha deserves a spot in this list. She is currently working in Bhogi, Aranmanai 2 and Kamal Haasan’s Thoonga Vanam.
9. Nayantara: Nayantara has been transformed into one hot chick. She is currently working on Simbu’s Idhu Namma Aalu, Jayam Ravi’s Thani Oruvan and Vijay Sethupathi’s Naanum Rowdydhaan.
