‘The First Grader’ is an inspirational film based on the true story of an 84-year-old Kenyan man who goes to school for the first time. Directed by Justin Chadwick, the film deals with one man’s determination to receive an education against the backdrop of a country divided by a politically violent past.
To celebrate the nationwide release of The First Grader today, Boston City Campus & Business College is offering two lucky readers the chance of a lifetime by sponsoring two bursaries worth R15 000 each.
To win, all you have to do is answer this very simple question:
In which country is The First Grader based?
Send your answer, along with your contact details, to sharon_naidoo@uipsa.co.za
The competition closes on Wednesday, September 28, at midnight. Only the winners will be contacted.
