ONE of the biggest music events in South Africa is here: the Durban July. With an array of enter-tainment on offer this weekend, partygoers will definitely be spoilt for choice.

Tomorrow you can join the MTV Eagle Air-themed village

at the Durban July Greyville racecourse featuring a killer

Line-up: Dr Malinga, Professor, Mafikizolo, Liquideep, Lcnvl, DJ Vigilante, Black Coffee, Black Motion and more.

The village will also feature some of the best of South African stand-up comedians such as Tumi Morake, John Vlismas and Mpho Popps. Brought to you by MTV (DStv channel 130), Fish Eagle and Velti Events, the Eagle Air village will deliver the ultimate entertainment experience for racegoers, providing non-stop fun for music lovers, fashionistas and gamers – all just a few paces from the Greyville racecourse.

Ticket-holders will also be

able to participate in a prize draw, offering two all-expenses-paid trips to the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on November 6.

Covering more than 8 000m2, and spread over six giant inflatable domes, there will be spectacular décor and staging which will be complemented by great service and a host of deluxe zones including a man-cave complete with a sports bar, Playstation consoles, and a pamper zone

with champagne bar for the ladies.
