IF you ever sang the lyrics: I woke up in a new Buggatti, you will be happy to know that US rapper Ace Hood will be in South Africa tomorrow as part of the line-up for the Project Maboneng event.
The gig aims to celebrate the new wing of the artsy Maboneng district. Apart from the song Bugatti, Ace Hood is also responsible for hits like Hustle Hard and Champion. He is one of DJ Khaled’s top artists, signed to the We The Best Music Group. He has four albums under his belt, (Gutta, 2008, Ruthless, 2009, Blood, Sweat and Tears, 2011 and Trials and Tribulations, 2013) and is working on another.
But Ace Hood will be sharing the stage with our rappers Cassper Nyovest, Ifani, Riki Rick and Kwesta, to name a few.
Cassper is the hottest rapper in the game and will get the crowds pumping. The last time he was on a stage with an international act was when Kid Ink was in the country.
The event will also feature DJs like Milkshake, Dimplez and Vigi, Twins on Decks, Speedsta, Sphe and Naves. – Munya Vomo
