South Africa, it’s time to get excited! For those who are totally into electronic and dance music, brace yourself for one of the most talked-about concerts in the country as Swedish House Mafia (SHM) make their way to our shores. This news is in a way bittersweet as the trio have announced that this will be the final leg of their world tour.

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the dance music titans said they didn’t know what their next move would be and they didn’t like repeating themselves.

So, fans of SHM or electronic music, here is your chance to hear them on their One Last Tour. The gig begins at Wild Waters in Boksburg on January 25 and 26 and moves to Lourensford Estate, Somerset West, on January 27.

Winning the hearts of fans across the world, the talented DJs and creative producers who make up SHM are Axel “Axwell” Hedfors, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso. There is no doubt that they know how to put someone in the party mood. Known as the third-highest paid DJs in the world, some of their hottest and greatest hits include the ever-popular Save the World, One, Miami 2 Ibiza, and Don’t You Worry, Child.

Also, earlier this year, the award-winning Swedish group released their farewell album, Until Now, which features 22 out-of-this-world party-rocking tracks and includes remixes of Coldplay, Pendulum, and Florence & The Machine tracks.

Officially formed in 2008, SHM four years later have an incredible reputation in the world of mainstream progressive house music.

So, if you want to see a once-in-a-lifetime show, be sure not to miss Swedish House Mafia’s One Last Tour in Boksburg at Wild Waters on January 25 and 26 and on January 27 at Lourensford Estate, Somerset West.
