As a self-professed controller of time, would Willow Smith turn back the clock to before she posted her latest controversial picture?
There’s no telling, but the daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith has ruffled feathers yet again.
The Instagram photo of the 14-year-old star shows her sporting a long sleeved T-shirt depicting a topless woman, captioned: '#Vfiles #willowsmith'.
This isn’t the first controversial picture to cause spark an outcry.
The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services are said to have questioned the 13-year-old star and her parents twice after a photograph emerged in May last year of Willow lying on a bed with the topless 20-year-old actor.
A source told RadarOnline.com: “Willow was questioned on two separate occasions by social workers from Child Protective Services. Once in the presence of her parents, and the second time, Willow was alone with the social workers.
“She made it clear that nothing inappropriate had happened with Moises. Moises has been friends with Willow and older brother Jaden, for years. The Smith's treat him as one of the family, and know he wouldn't take advantage of that trust.”
The insider added: “There have been no allegations of any wrongdoing or illegal activity by Moises.
“Moises is under no obligation to talk to authorities. Social workers just want to make sure there is proper adult supervision of the children in Will and Jada's house.”
In response to the widespread disapproval, Jada said: “Here's the deal. There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation.”
As the child of notoriously lenient parents, Willow was merely expressing her alternative viewpoint when explaining her time-controlling powers in a an interview with her brother Jaden for T Magazine in November 2014.
“I mean, time for me, I can make it go slow or fast, however I please,” she said. “That’s how I know it doesn't exist.”
With her power over time, Willow can travel back to the period where she was happiest – as a newborn baby.
“When they’re in the stomach, (babies are) so aware, putting all their bones together, putting all their ligaments together. But they’re shocked by this harsh world … As they grow up, they start losing.”
